Personale incompetente e incapace di comunicare se non in vietnamita.Totale mancanza di elasticità verso qualsiasi richiesta del cliente.ristorante monotono e di scarsa qualità. Da evitare le escursioni,costose e molto turistiche.Servizi in disuso e non all'altezza di un 5 stelle.”

“Very nice hotel, clean af comfortable. We got an upgrade upon arrival to a suite. Stan was very helpful and nice. Helped us book minivan for our onward journey and tickets to vinwonder. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“4인가족이 2박함 소파베드로 2개의 베드를 만들어주었는데 생각보다 안락함 각 1개의 베드를 사용하니 넘 편안함 방도 넓고 베란다가 있어 빨래널기 좋음 냉장고 보기힘든 냉동냉장 별도로 된 큰 냉장고임 성능좋고 얼음도 먹을 수. 있음 주방시설이 되어있으나 이용하려면 추가 비용을 내야함 직원들이 친절함 단점으로는 수영장이 작고 그늘져 2월초 시점에선 추움 치명적 단점으로 조식이 너무 ㅠㅠ 먹을게 없다 현지느낌 가득이라 2일 모두 빵만 먹음 ㅠ”
